Access to and use of the website https://gaudicoloniaguell.org/ confers upon the browser the status of user, who, from the first moment of access to the aforementioned website, unequivocally accepts the general conditions of use that are related below.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication (also in the form of making available) and transformation of such content, whether total or partial, and/or any other use of content owned by ALS, and not expressly provided for by current legislation, will only be possible through a contract signed with ALS and in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated therein.

The unauthorized use of the aforementioned trademark registrations or any other sign that may be identical or similar, to distinguish any products and/or services, may give rise to the exercise of the corresponding legal actions by ALS, including those for damages.

How the website works

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure it functions correctly. In principle, its proper functioning can be guaranteed at all times. However, programming errors may occur, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or similar events may prevent access to the website.

Conditions for purchasing tickets

Currently, online ticket sales for the visit to the Crypt of the Colònia Güell It is managed through the Clorian online ticketing service, which can be accessed via a ticket sales tab available on the gaudicoloniaguell.org website.

Clorian clearly and unambiguously informs customers of the ticket purchase conditions for each of the different tour options. These conditions can be reviewed and must be accepted before finalizing the purchase. These ticket purchase conditions do not apply to distributors.

All entry options will be subject to these conditions, the application of which the User expressly agrees to when formalizing the purchase of one or more tickets.

The order confirmation received by the User is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. If the User requires an invoice, they must notify our customer service department at administracion@adleisure.com or via the purchase confirmation email itself.

The User will not have the right to withdraw from the purchase of the tickets, as it is a service linked to an entertainment activity, with the provision of a specific date and period of execution, as established by articles 97 l), and 103 letter l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Admission rights

ALS reserves the right of admission, and in particular to deny access to the Crypt of the Colònia Güell and to the Interpretation Center those users whose behavior may disrupt the security of the building's interior.

By purchasing a ticket of a certain category, the User declares that they meet the age or condition requirements detailed for access with that specific ticket category; ALS reserves the right to demand documents proving age, qualifications, or residency, which must be shown before entry, and failure to provide these documents will result in denial of entry to the Crypt of the Colònia Güell, unless the difference between the amount paid and the price of the corresponding ticket is paid, as the conditions for that ticket category are not met.

Food and/or drink are not allowed inside the Crypt of the Colònia Güell nor within the Interpretation Centre.

Cancellations due to force majeure

ALS reserves the right to cancel and/or modify the schedule of visits, shows, sessions and/or events of any kind for reasons of force majeure and/or beyond its control and duly justified, without prior notice to the user and without any right to compensation of any kind in favor of the user, with the exception, when it decides, of the refund of the price of the unused ticket.
